An item purchased may be returned to us subject to following terms and conditions:

  1. The product is physically damaged (if found damaged in front of the Delivery man).
  2. Wrong product is delivered to customer.
  3. Product is different from description on the website/facebook/instagram.
  4. Products are unused, unaltered, unsoiled with original tags.
  5. The products are not worn or washed.
  6. Product must be in saleable condition.


Branded Perfume items are sealed (Seal open branded items are forbidden to return) Products which are sold as package or in sets The item must be unused and in the same condition that the customer received it. The item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item You will be responsible for paying the delivery charge for returning the item.
